Unsatisfied
By: Kevin Filjak on 22 March 2023I purchased the Jamec pem auto1000 and initially I was very impressed and I used it 3 times. Unfortunately the item was faulty and had battery issues and will not operate unless plugged in. The company has refused to offer any help even after the item is in immaculate condition and has under 10 minutes running time. You can argue it's just out its warranty period. However I would like to think company's have better respect for their customers and operate with higher company values and atleast offer repairs and invoice for them rather than walking away from the issue with no care and no attempt to offer Customers practical solutions to their issues.
