1.1 Adventure Operations is committed to protecting your privacy and complying with its obligations under applicable privacy laws and regulations, namely the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (AU Privacy Act), Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) (NZ Privacy Act) (together, the Privacy Laws). 1.3 In this Privacy Policy, a reference to goods and services means any goods and services provided by Adventure Operations and a reference to Websites means any of the below websites:

However, if you do not provide such information, we may not be able to offer you all of the goods and services available on our Websites. 2. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

2.1 Personal Information is any information or opinion about you which personally identifies you or may reasonably be used to personally identify you, even if the information is not true, and whether or not it is in physical form. 2.4 If you are a supplier, we will also collect your contact details, ABN (for sole traders and partnerships), business name, bank account details (if required for payment of your invoices), marketing and communications preferences and information about your role including your name, position and contact details.

2.5 If you are a visitor, we may also collect the following information about you:

  • Information you provide by filling out forms on the Websites, including information provided to make enquiries about our goods and services, and to report a problem or issue with the Websites;
  • Information about your device, including numbers that identify your device, IP address, geographic location of your IP address and device, and behaviour data that may reveal information about you and user preferences;
  • Information about your use of our Websites collected via cookies. 2.7 If you are an entrant, we will collect Personal Information necessary to facilitate your entry into the relevant promotions, competitions, or loyalty programs. This may include your contact details, social media account details, personal information included in an entry form or sign up request, and any other forms of Personal Information we clearly identify to you at the time of entry.

2.8 We support your ability to make decisions about the Personal Information you provide to us, however if you choose not to provide us with the information requested, or it is incomplete or inaccurate, we may not be able to provide you with the information, goods, and services you are seeking. If you are an applicant, refusal to provide Personal Information may mean we are unable to process your application. If you are an entrant, refusal to provide your Personal Information in an entry form may void your entry.

3. How We Collect Your Personal Information

3.1 We will generally collect Personal Information directly from you when you interact with us, such as in person, by email, by phone, by enquiry or feedback form, or via our Websites, social media channels, interviews, standard forms, contract negotiation, surveys, competitions, or any other means when you provide us with your Personal Information.

3.2 We may also need to collect Personal Information about you from third parties where it is necessary for us to do so and it is unreasonable or impractical to collect directly from you, where you have consented, or where we are otherwise required or authorised to by law. 4. Why Do We Collect, Hold, Use and Disclose Your Personal Information?

6.1 From time to time, we may include third party content on our Websites and social media accounts, including links to websites, applications or resources, as well as embedded media such as videos, images and articles.
