What Are Shipping Costs?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping costs vary by delivery location and the size of your order. If you are unable to obtain a shipping cost via our website, please contact our customer service team.

Please note, we may run "free shipping" promotions periodically. These may not be valid for all transactions due to shipping requirements of the goods (e.g. location, size, weight, etc.). This will be outlined in the terms of the specific promotion.

When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm).

Please note that during busy sales periods (including Back to Work, End of Financial Year, Black Friday, Cyber Week, Christmas and Boxing Day sales), there may be delays due to higher order volumes.

Pre-Order Items

From time to time, Jamec Pem may offer products available for pre-order. A pre-order allows you to secure an item before it becomes available in stock.

If you place an order for a pre-order item, payment will be processed at the time of purchase. The product will be dispatched once stock becomes available, and the estimated shipping date will be shown on the product page.

Please note:

  • Estimated dispatch dates are a guide only and may change due to factors outside our control (e.g. supplier or shipping delays).
  • If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be shipped once all items are available.
  • We will notify you if there are any significant changes to the expected shipping timeframe.

How Is My Order Being Delivered?

Adventure Operations partners with selected couriers, including (but not limited to) Australia Post, Direct Freight, StarTrack, Border Express, TFM Xpress and Toll IPEC, to deliver your order.

Please note:

  • Not all couriers provide door-to-door service in all locations.
  • Some remote addresses may require collection from a local depot.
  • Delivery method depends on destination, size, weight and timeframe.

What Are Delivery Time Frames?

Depending on stock availability, your order may be dispatched from either our QLD or WA warehouse. Most orders are delivered within 1–10 business days. Deliveries are typically made Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

We recommend using a business address or a location where someone is available to accept delivery.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. Additional time may be required for rural locations.

Approximate delivery times from our Brisbane warehouse:

  • Brisbane: 2–3 business days
  • Sydney: 3–5 business days
  • Melbourne: 5–7 business days
  • South Australia: 5–7 business days
  • Western Australia: 7–10 business days
  • Tasmania: 7–10 business days
  • Northern Territory: 7–10 business days

We do our best to ensure all orders are processed and delivered within estimated timeframes. However, delays can occur due to severe weather conditions, carrier delays, or increased order volumes during peak periods. We do not cover additional costs resulting from delays beyond our control.

Can the Order Be Delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

We are unable to deliver to Parcel Lockers, PO Boxes or Post Offices.

Can I Authorise Authority to Leave a Delivery?

Yes, all orders default to Authority to Leave (ATL). Please note:

  • Goods are left at your risk.
  • Adventure Operations and the carrier are not liable for loss or theft.
  • Carriers may refuse ATL if deemed unsafe.

You can opt out of ATL during checkout.

Do I Need to Be Home to Accept a Delivery?

We recommend delivery to a location where someone is available. Orders default to ATL. Once delivered, Adventure Operations accepts no responsibility. Couriers may provide photo proof of delivery. You can change this setting at checkout.

What Happens If I Miss My Delivery?

If ATL is not selected and delivery is missed:

  • Your parcel will be returned to the depot.
  • A card will be left for redelivery arrangements.
  • Additional fees may apply.

Can I Pay Extra for Express Shipping?

Yes, express shipping may be available at checkout. Please note:

  • Express shipping does not guarantee priority dispatch — orders are processed in order received.
  • Express relates to faster transit time only.
  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days (metro areas). Timeframes are estimates only.

Do You Ship Outside of Australia?

We currently do not ship internationally.

Do You Offer a Click and Collect Service?

Yes, available at our Eagle Farm (QLD) location: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. You will receive an SMS when your order is ready. Orders are held for 90 days, after which they will be refunded if uncollected.

How Can I Track My Order?

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been picked and packed. Please note: delivery estimates are approximate only.

Can I Change the Delivery Address?

If your order has already been dispatched, changes cannot be made. If your order is still being processed, we may be able to update your address or arrange redirection. Please contact us on 1300 362 921 as soon as possible.
